    USS Kearsarge (BB‑5) was a Kearsarge‑class pre‑dreadnought battleship of the U.S. Navy built in the late 1890s and commissioned around 1900. She served with the North Atlantic Squadron / Atlantic Fleet on peacetime patrols, training exercises, and showing the flag visits in the Caribbean and European waters. Like many pre‑dreadnoughts, she spent periods in reserve, was used for training duties during World War I, and was decommissioned and disposed of in the years following the war.

        • more detailed info. Is kit complete..dimensions, paint kit available. Been modeling for 50 years and have never heard of Iron shipwright Just finished Mamoli CSS Alabama---a terrible kit only one page of English

          The kit comes with everything: all the parts; including hull, pieces, photoetch parts and decals.

          It also comes with complete, easy to follow instructions. Free replacement of any parts, no questions asked.

          Paint and glue is sold separately (best to get that from Amazon).
